Climate Change - Terrestrial Adaptation and Mitigation in Europe (CCTAME)

The Project aims at assessing the benefits and costs of "optimal" mitigation and adaptation in forestry and agriculture.

The main goal of the CCTAME Project is to simulate the national, EU-wide and global benefits and costs of "optimal" mitigation and adaptation actions in the forestry and agricultural sectors.

CCTAME also intends to analyse the impacts of alternative land use energy policies on greenhouse gas emissions and carbon storage, and explain how and why they deviate from the optimum.
